this is just about across the street from my house. if it were my studio, i could walk to work, past all the new shops on north capitol. maybe stop off for a coffee at the Old Firehouse Cafe, or a beer on the way home, at the Old FireHouse Brew Pub.

I could put a sign out from for my faux painting business. i could have the high visiblity of a place on North Capitol.
