NO PETS! Must be GLBT friendly! Rental includes a private room and open use of the common space area. There is also an old vault which can be used for storage, artist studio space or an office... my last studio mate used this space as a yoga room. Rent is 1025 a month all utilities included… rent could be negotiated depending on subletor’s use of the space. Washer/dryer, hardwood floors, dish washer and wireless Internet also included. Rental starts early to mid September. Garage parking is possibly available for $75 a month. There might be a waiting list for a garage space… I’m not entirely sure.
